Title: Replace Claude with Tommy in LC?

My main stunting skin is the original Tommy model with his blue hot-shirt. How do I get Tommy instead of Claude in LC? I see in most vids the character is the same in VC and LC. I would like to have the same experiece. Any help would be much appriciated.
