Post by: Blaze on July 02, 2008, 11:34:28 AM
Hey guys,

I was trying a wheel swap (Silvia wheels onto an AE86). Deleted everything on Silvia, Deleted current AE86 wheels. Scaled and placed the wheels into place. here's what it looks like in Zmod:

looks, you made something wrong in your hierarchy or you forget add dummy for others three wheels, but i think problem must be in hierarchy

look for hierarchy of old car, and then look for hierarchy of new car and confer, they must be alike.

No.

All you need to do is drag the wheel model in the hierachy list from the Silvia's FRwheel dummy to the AE86's FRwheel dummy. Scale, reshape and position the wheel to fit the car, then move the pivot of the wheel model into the same spot as the dummy. DO NOT delete any dummies from the AE86. Once the wheel model is in the right dummy you can delete the whole Silvia model from the hierachy.
