Ok im trying to edit the skin of my nrg in GTA SA.. i got the txd file extracted and in a Bitmap file.. how the hell do i edit that tiny thing...

If I remember correctly, the stock size is something like 128x128 pixels. Just go to Photoshop or whatever you use and resize it into 512x512 or 1024x1024 (I actually use the last one). If you still need help then PM me.
