Thats one of my creative finds in Junk Yard. Looks easy BUT its tricky. Better try it its fun    

 Land is crazy hard)

Get your run up on the roof, bump the big pile of black rubbish or whatever it is and land or grind on the fence.

I think a grind would look better than landing it. Landing would seem a bit sloppy I suppose. Good luck, ledge grinds are a bitch.

Still, the angle is not helping that much for a grind, would actually look sloppier than an actual precision, I guess
