when you upload vids, press the youtube logo, and you only need the embed from YT.

you dont need to only post the EMBED, you can upload vids from your HDD.

If you intend on using commercial programming languages for developing it - don't. As for hosting, there are free decent webhosts out there, if that fails PM me once you've made some progress and we can discuss it further.
