Select the folder its installed in and hit the delete button.

Re-install gta3 if you dident back up a copy already.

lol probably the directory of your GTA3, something like

C:/Somenewb/programfiles/RockstarGames/GTA3, so yea its a full conversion mod, Im fairly sure you cant just "Uninstall" it, I bet it said before you installled back up your GTA3 because there is no turning back.
