Can someone tell me where to download it and which directory to place it in and which things I may need to backup and if I can save my game then?

Open your data folder  : Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\data

Backup timecyc file .

Download new timecyc from here http://files.filefront.com/Neos+Night+Modz...;/fileinfo.html (http://files.filefront.com/Neos+Night+Modzip/;6246951;/fileinfo.html)

and replace this with old one .

Start new game and enjoy .

i don't think peopl are gona fall for that one after my 20mb leaked beta lol

i can only finish the 1st mission then when i try and talk to the dude i crash.. the patch i downloaded does nothing  but you try and if it works tell me n send me your patch lol
