Im guessing he means your method is close to the target?

e.g. a p2b with the packer quite close to the roof your aiming for, therefore you need height rather than distance

wow this challenge is very difficult, i will try and find something after i clean my fish tank.

Just to clarify the challenge is perform the best verticle bump?
