Work through a few of their solutions, you'll probably have to remove it via a program called HiJackThis.

SOrt was gonna dl my VID!!!! holy smokes! wowzerz im flattered . anyway... have you covered the basics? virus scan comp restart ending ie.exe adn firefox.exe processes? more oftent hen not you get ahead of your self to find a "omgodzors" problem had a simple fix... gl though that sall i can reccomend .

That's the most retarded thing i've seen so far today. That had NOTHING to do with helping him now did it?
But yes, what rad said might be your best bet since toolbars usualy are viruses. >_>
