This mod was creat for people who have slow computers which can't running the mod "x10 draw distance".

Just replace the file "timecyc.dat" in the folder data located by default :

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data

Run your gta san andreas normally and have fun !

There is no alterations of performance with this mod.

That can fix your problem with the load of buildings but the draw distance is the same as originaly
