i found this easter eggs in all trailers enjoy:
 

getalife @ building
69th street dinner (number 69 comes in each gta)
frankfurter sausages (niko is from that side of europe)
LCPD police cars but werent we in NY? where does that building form that lady else come from? :S

and this was all i could find so long

GTA III also took place in New York but they called it Liberty City. San Andreas took place in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas, but they weren't gonna call 'em that.

Not what I would call "easter eggs" in a video game.
