How do I create a transparent background. example is frost's sig(I hope he doesn't mind me using it as an example)

In this particular sig, he used the forum color scheme to make his transparent, but I know it's possible to do it otherwise, so no matter what forum you're on, it shows the back, without using the forums colors.

Help me. I have PS CS2

Save it as a .png

Save as .png when you're done, keep the "Background" layer invisible.

New file with transparent background of your sizes, then work at it and when you're set save as .png or .gif as said before.

arent u allowed to just delete background, its easier

Like wanted said select the background and delete it then save it as a png or it will just go white and not transparent.

and i dont think anyone would mind someone using their sig as an example

you can also take a screen of the forums and use the same background color as you sigs background, them save as jpg
