Does this mean I have 3.59 GHz? If not, what does it mean?
If it will be an upgrade, I'll definitely buy that off you.
-
That just means the stock frequency is 1.80 GHz, and the actual frequency is 1.79 GHz.
Yeah and my P4 comes stock at 3.00 GHz, its a really good single core CPU actually, if you have the right graphics card. I could play all games on max with a 7950 GT

not really worth it when you can get one just like it brand new for $15 more that hasent been overclocked to hell already
-
65$ is the Buy it Now price, i put it that high so people that REALLY want it can get it right away.
and it's never been overclocked, i only have overclocked my core 2 duo
and it also comes with a heatsink fan

What's it mean by the term "overclocked"?
Also what graphics card do you recommend.
-
well i was using a 7950 GT and it was running really well. 7950's cost about $150.
but if your on a budget or something a 7600 GT will do ya fine

in lamens terms it means makes your computer go faster. but heres a more detailed definition courtesy of wikipedia "Overclocking is the process of forcing a computer component to run at a higher clock rate than it was designed for or was designated by the manufacturer."
Heres a link for even more information (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overclock)
