Post by: theonly_one on July 25, 2007, 03:42:28 PM: So, Me and Ma cipriani where bored and decided to do a 3h timelimited vid, but i cant say that it turned out to be a collab, since Ma cipriani only gathered 1 stunt, but whatever, we had fun during the 3 hours we stunted.
I know that some of the stunts are repeated to many times, but this is what i landed in 3 hours so you will have to see for yourself, im prety proud whit the stunts afterall

I think you should've noticed that you hadn't enough stunts to make a stunt vid... It would've been much better with more stunts (and therefore to have your time limit extended or just simply removed), instead of having some stunts like showed for 30 seconds.

Post by: Olin on July 25, 2007, 04:58:09 PM: First, the music. The quality of the song was, well, atrocious. I wasn't very fond of the song, but that's not as important. The main point is that you should always use the highest bitrate source you can come across and encode to, at least, 160 kbps in the video (I use 192 or 256, VBR if possible). Try to use a song you think many people will enjoy in some way. If they say "That song is terrible" then you need to work on your choice of audio.

The camera movement was very jerky, work on that.

The editing felt out of place just about everywhere. A lot of nice stunts. The camera work paired with the editing made these stunts feel, well.. depressing.

Assuming you're not lying about 3 hours, I guess this is alright. Still, this 3 hours definitely wasn't enough for you to make a decent stunt video. I'm sorry.

Finally, as Tackleberry mentioned; use more stunts. If you can, save the stunts you've used in this video for another video in which you can put much better effort into.

And to you other guys that gives normal comments: I know that we didnt have enoug stunts for a vid, but i where really proud whit some of them and i where bored and wanted to edit something.
