Very hard to get a good bump and even harder to get a good angle.

I don't think it's possible with that angle. As DJ Marchello said, maybe the other roof?

...Also, this is one of those stunts that don't look that great, but are pretty hard to do.

dude make it an douyble bump just get an little boost of the curb and then hit the stairs ... the stairs are kinda angled so no problem i guess ?
