In VC My Average FPS Rate is 30. Im happy with that. When i try to record it drops down to 8 FPS

Can anyone help. It shuckz

I Just found this out. I Set the resolution from the highest one( Which i had enabled ) to 800x600x16. When i recorded with that, It worked fine O_O. Help?

lol.

its because you pc needs to work more when you set the res to highest than if you set it to lowest
