2. Im pretty sure someone has done it, and it doesn't look so hard.
3. Impossible. Its a little ramp not a bump if i remember right.
4. Don't know about the angle but it should be possible

EDIT: Oh the third is a RAMP2BUMP ! that needs alot of precision but is surely possible
