Design: Personally... I hate it - lol, when i first looked at the tumb i thought it would be the very bottom part and the mainpart comes when you scroll up. You should change the colors and maybe add 1 or 2 gradients - it seems you messed around with the NES Modem Device too much so you chose 8 bit colors..

Content: Well.. Nothing changed since your 1st homepage - and this is number 56 or sumfin lol, you might want to add a blog or something interesting giving a reason why people should visit your page

Layout: Sorry, i dont like that either, i was looking for a navbar first but i found nothing - the mainblock layout is ok, but the advertisment for co.nr is looking bad on that side cause its just deforming the page, think about adding it in the header or the footer - and think about using the grey / black version of it

Overall ill give you a 8/10 cause i think thats your first 100% written-yourself-Homepage (I might be wrong - did you use my template again? )

Gradient not to mention that's the header for my blog (well the bg) so I just stole it, there's to much green on his site.

And I don't know, how to realize it. The idea I got is a bit dumb, I thought, I could make 4 Cascading Style Sheets and you can choose between them with the dropdown menu. But that would just work for one site, if you go on another, you must do it again.

Hmm... there is one.

Edit: Added a videos page, working on a download page, with details and that stuff.
