The run up is pretty good yeah... however, I'm pretty sure that bump leads you up instead of far out like that... You'd have to jump over the big sign there in order to grind the one where there's no light poles next to it... But I really haven't done this bump much, someone go out there and prove me wrong.

The bump is kinda high so you'll lose some speed cause of that and the rail goes upwards so you'll lose even more if you're actually able to hit the damn thing and start grinding.

Radding is possible, just tried it, its best to bump it coming straight out of a rads, SA style.
