I already did a stunt, but it's low roof, but creative. I'll see what else can I do.

Ah, Screw this. I made a stunt, but can't do anything better. (Not because of skill, but because of time )I'm off for today, and I don't think I'll be able to stunt. So I'm just posting this stunt I did yesterday. It's attached, clip coming soon(rendering). I don't know, why this ends tomorrow So what if it was downtime. We could still stunt.

My mum took my pc cause i was programming all night long, i wont be allowed to use it next week, maybe i can do the stunt i want on xbox tonight *ninja style*, if not count this one.
oh and imo the organization of this sl "sucks", sorry... just my opionion. more details when i m back..
PS: I have no way to see what stunt i uploaded. when it is a bailed one, tell me asap so i can upload the correct one (slow spin to grab - i did that in a few mins as backup so dont expect to much)

The extra day is kinda useless anyways. school starts at 8am and ends at 6pm. way back from school is atleast 30 minutes and then i still have to eat something.

Yeah Fox - you got a problem, let us know - treat NoAP with respect, this is a big competition, alot to handle. And I hope your not saying it in regards to the forum downtime, that ain't his fault - and don't worry, extensions will be made if necessary.

If anyone does have a specific problem, let me know. I'm doing this for your enjoyment, not my health (quite the opposite in fact as I feel years have come off my life ). I just ask that you PM me and keep such things private.

ok good to hear that. sorry but i was in a REALLY bad mood (i m still in a bad mood though )
Problem: I dont have any access to my pc the whole week until friday. i wasnt able to nail my stunt as i only have had like 2 hours (i think it was less) to do the stunt.
It was like that: i had holidays since wednesday. then on saturday i saw this thread - it came unexpected and i have had no estimated time for the match before, on that saturday i still have had to pack my bags cause i was going to my grandma on sunday - so i have had > only 1 hour to do a stunt on saturday but neither VC was installed on my backup pc since my other one has a crashed hdd - ok so i gone to my friend at midnight and got a VC which have had all needed stuff (i do have one for vc-mp but its tottally messed up - alot of changed files etc), then i stunted about 45mins - 1hour and then gone sleeping, next morning we gone to my grandma. Still no stunt (only that backup i made), ok then i came back at late afternoon and mum was angry cause she noticed that i played the night before we went and she took my keyboard, though she gave me some mins to do my school stuff and i tried to get a stunt and chatted to a few ppl - also i noticed that the deadline was re-set. Then i was REALLY pissed of because:
School starts at 8am, ends on about 3pm or 5pm (depends on week) - this week it ended on 3pm, other problem: i have had no pc to do my stunt on cause mum took it away (Time to deadline: only some hours cause school starts 7am next day - and you cant really bring me to stunt a whole night at schooltime, also i still had tons of homework).
So basicly the extra day was useless. I would have had no problem with the whole thing if it would have been next weekend or sumfin. Which made it even worse is that i have had the holidays before so it could have started in them but starting at the end of the weekend just sucks.
Second: i wasnt really ready for this. i thought i get informed one week before or something. I have so many projects, how could i have planned this one without knowning when it starts (for me)?
As i said to others: if this is how this SL works then its not about the best Stunter -> Its about the best Time Manager or The most addicted person

Thats the one which was meant to be sent in. I will try to nail another stunt on xbox this night - then i will send it in on friday or earlier if possible (I probably wont have a chance of uploading before :/ )

Most of those issues would have been resolved had I sent out PMs to competitors, therefore it is my fault and my fault alone. I am finalizing a schedule so competitors can see when they compete next and if there is a problem with the schedule (I know a lot of you guys have school commitments) they can request to have their match shifted.

Greendead: Distance was so-so but height wasn't too impressive. The roof is pretty low as well.
Fox: Pretty nice rotation and ground-grab, although it may have looked better without the grab. With the grab it looks like you bailed the rotation.
My vote goes to Fox because I think his rotation was more impressive than Greendead's roof. I am amazed you both chose not only the airport, but basically the same exact spot.

i'm disappointed in this match. the challenge gave you a lot of freedom that you didn't use
Greendead:
low and not really far tankbump to a very low roof - nothing more to add.
Fox:
you didn't even land on the roof however you got pretty nice rotation. the ground-grab made the stunt worse instead of better in my eyes.
Fox's stunt looked better because of the rotation but Greendead landed on some roof at least. keeping in mind that this needs at least some precision and action at the landing...

Yeh i know the grab made it worse - but keep in mind that it was an backup stunt. I did 4 roofings later - 2 on psp, one on xbox which have had a broken rep and one on pc which i landed yesterday evening which was to late...

I noticed NoAP's youtube of your stunt Fox, now I am confused.... I thought I remember looking at your stunt earlier and it was a tank bump in a similar spot, to a nearby roof... or something?

Yeh but i kept bailing it (i wasnt able to check replay before uploading so i grabbed the wrong one accidently) and only landed it after deadline so i have had to upload my backup stunt

Greendead: Okayish tank bump in a pretty straightforward area. You had no spin off it but you did have a nice looking flip. The landing was alright I guess in that it was a roof (with a kinda smallish surface area) landing, although it wasnt a very high roof. The distance off the bump was nothing special, but it was alright.
Fox: Another okayish tank bump in a similar location to Gd's. I guess yours was quite the oposite: instead of a flip and no spin, you had no flip and some spin. Ground-grabs can sometimes make a stunt look better (in that they add another aspect to the stunt), but on this occasion, to me, it kinda made it worse since it 'looked' like you could've landed fine without it - although I guess in regards to making it a combo of stunts it was kinda okay to watch.
My Vote: Both similar stunts in similar location, both with about the same height, both having one little extra bit on the end (roof landing/ground grab). Greenie had a smooth flip to roof, while Fox had a decent spin to not-so-smooth ground grab'ed landing. Hard to say which one I prefer. I think I am gonna give my vote to Greendead, but only just. To me Greendeads seemed like a better stunt - I dont really know what else to say. Now, a few closing words: tank bumps are a great stunting friend, they can provide for some really interesting and unexpected stunts due to the unpredictability of the bump. They also don't take much to set up - just look for a small ramp or bump and chuck your tank behind it, then go for gold. Keep that in mind next time you go stunting, as the airport is not the only place to do them, there are many many other locations as well. Ofcourse this was a short time-limited challenge so I don't blame you for choosing to try a stunt at the airport. One more thing, Fox, keep trying that bump you submitted earlier, that was a sweet stunt, and would look pretty cool if landed with some nice rotation.

Dannye: Yeh i landed that bump allready - but its been after deadline too. I also landed before the deadline but not on pc...

Fox: A ok-ish tankbump with a decent spin, nothing that really impressed me though.
Greendead: The distance you got made the stunt look pretty nice, but it didn't give me a "Wow" feeling.
My vote goes to Greendead. I think his stunt looked slightly better with the landing on a roof, even if it wasn't so high. Though I feel both of you didn't use a tankbumps full potential, you could have done a lot better.
