Pivot Stickfigure Animator? That is extremely old news, I did Pivot for about 2-3 months in 05'. Show us an animation by you, made with Pivot ofcourse.

I think you need to add more frames and shouldn't be afraid of making animations smoother, mess with the fps when saving. Why did you used downloaded backgrounds/sticks?

Ah dude, I can asure you that my pivoting days are over. It's been 1 year and 1 month since I started pivoting and it's been over 9 months since I quit pivoting. Sorry dude, I won't join.
