I see all these people with these kick ass themes and I don't know where to get any of them. I need a good site to get them, a step by step tut on how to install them. I'll give 1,000 forum money (if thats possible) to first person to help. Thanks!

windows blinds fucked up my computer, and my computer wouldnt start up

luckily my dad is a programmer (kinda...dunno) and he fixed the computer

And it doesn't slow down your PC, maybe when you're PC older is then mine(1,8GHz, FX5200LE and 512MB RAM)
