That bike looks weird, but at the same time kinda neat. I think the building in the bike pic is that hotel place right by The Malibu.

Some Info from a german magazine!

The magazine states that Vic will be receiving mission briefings via pager (much like in GTA3) instead of a cell phone.

I should also mention that according to 1UP, Vice City Stories will NOT be ported to the PS2 in the same vein as it's predecessor was.
