I tried this a while ago and gave up after like 5 tries, if you go with too much speed you will land on the roof and wont have enough time to pull back, and if you land on the roof with enough time to bump you're going way to slow to get enough height/distance.

I tried this a couple weeks back as well, I couldn't bump right. Make sure if you get the right runup bump the left side, the right side is too far.

I also tried this some time ago, its better if you start your runup on the buildings, but its still hard.

Well, its not rly easy to get on that small roof and TURN in the high speed to that bumb... So id say impossible. If someone does it i give him a cookie.  

As i said ive been 2 years inactive so i dont know everything which have been changed here.
