Hey! I wanna do an intro that plays on a billboard, U now remove the ugly commercial and shit.

Like in the intro to TMS Illusions where he presents the stunters on Recces window. It's exactly like that i wanna do

If you get After Effects, you could use the Tracking Motion tool, which is really hard to use.

For Vegas, I think you have to crop/size/rotate the video you want to appear on the screen, for each keyframe.

Yeah, what marklund said. Use the crop tool and put the billboard video on the first video layer and the video you want to put on the billboard on the second layer. Then use the crop tool to make the video fit the billboard (it shouldn't be too hard)

In TMS Illusions I think Kert used the cookie cutter, and cut out square pieces where he then put a vid of CJ, only that he put CJ's head into position with the pan/crop or the track motion. This should work for you too, I believe, but you got to get it right with the cookie cutter. This is just my suggestion, it can surely be done much smoother with other stuff too

The cookiecutter makes the square to big and on right place, Ive tryed to change it but it doesnt work

Dont use the cookiecutter...

Just use the pan/crop tool and the track motion
