It looks like a sweet video converter. I found a link to it on a forum. It's free too.

Ive been using this for like 3 months and its awsome, even converts mp4  .

Haha Kert linked me to this last night.
Very usefull but somehow it sucks to convert files without changing quality.
I tried to convert a 170mb .avi to .wmv and I ended up with a crap 50mb .wmv. Then I messed around with the settings and got a 290mb .wmv.
I mean it shouldn't be that hard to convert a file without it changing the quality and filesize...
