I think it's by a pool in the backyard in one of the houses on the island where Vercetti Estate is. Basically, when it goes up, u just hit it with your head... it's pretty tricky.

It's one of the ones on Starfish Island. I haven't done that in ages, so I can't tell you the exact location.... There's only a few houses there, about 10 or so, just look around.

i have never and i mean never found the ball at the beach
